We offer self protection instruction for adolescents, adults, individuals, families, groups, colleges and corporations. We also offer our "Safe Family" training for children at least 10 years old and their families.
Instructor Statement
Self Defense Solutions, Inc. was founded by Greg Styles and a current/active police officer of the Longmont Police Department. Combined they represent almost 50 years of martial arts/hand-to-hand combat experience. All assistant instructors have been studying with Self Defense Solutions for many years and also represent a wide array of martial arts experience. Self Defense Solutions provides a co-ed education team for every self protection experience.

By taking the techniques being used by those that prey on others, disecting them and training people like you how to protect against, and even overtake your attacker we at Self Defense Solutions, Inc. stay at the front of the curve. The Self Defense Solutions, Inc. Instruction Team is made up of four women and two men, making your training experience extremely comfortable and enjoyable.
